Position Requirements | • Possess a clear understanding of and personal commitment to Catholic Education and the ethos of Catholic Schools
• Experience supporting teachers of students with developmental disabilities (K-10) • Experience in the implementation of supports/ programs for individual students or groups of students as directed by teacher, including visual supports, augmented communication systems and self-care programs • Demonstrated experience with and ability to engage students in structured play-based experiences (both in the classroom and the playground) • Demonstrated understanding of and implementation of behavior management programs • Has excellent organizational, communication and information technology skills • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams |
