We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join the staff team of our caring and exciting Catholic Primary school in Twickenham. Experience and degree qualified preferable. The ideal candidate must have previous TA/LSA experience working in a primary school and ideally in upper Key Stage 2. Experience working with children with ADHD and attachment issues would be an advantage.

A learning Support Assistant plays a vital role in supporting some of our most vulnerable pupils. The successful candidate will need to be intelligent, flexible, able to think on their feet and have the best interests of the pupil in the forefront of their mind at all times. This is a challenging but very rewarding role.

The successful candidate will be providing targeted support to one child currently in Year 5 and will be supporting the child towards achieving the outcomes in their Education, Health and Care Plan. It is also a role that may be suited to people who would like to gain school experience and knowledge before embarking on a teaching career. St Richard Reynolds has strong links with PGCE providers in the area and nationally and is keen to develop internal talent to the fullest.

If you want to become part of our staff team and would like further information, please see our website by clicking on the Apply button for further details, and then apply by application form with the names of two referees and a supporting letter.
