Outstanding Learning Support Assistants Required for Marden Lodge Primary School and Nursery to help support the Learning and Welfare of a pupil with Communication needs.
Marden Lodge is a community primary school educating children from age two years to eleven years. Our school is set in lovely grounds and our forward thinking approach and dedicated staff aim to provide the best education for our children, bringing learning to life through our thematic curriculum.

We are now looking for excellent Learning Support Assistants, to start as soon as possible, who will support the class teacher in the learning and welfare of pupils and their individual needs and targets set as part of the EHCP. One of the roles is up to 25 hours per week and another on part time hours, both of which are on a term time only basis and temporary for as long the child remains at the school.

The ideal candidate will be:
- An experienced Learning Support Assistant, preferably with KS1/KS2 experience
- Able to develop positive relationships with young people, valuing their diversity, in order to enhance their learning and social development
- Able to develop an understanding of the educational, welfare and social needs of the child with whom you may be supporting.
- Able to stay calm and objective Enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team
- A reflective learner
- effective in communicating with parents

Salary G3/4£16,497-£19,974(FTE). Please note that the successful candidate will have their FTE salary pro rata'd down dependent on hours

Welcome to Marden Lodge Primary School, part of GLF Schools. We are an all through primary school with the additional benefit of day care on site which includes full wrap around care, including breakfast and after school provision. The school is situated on a pleasant site on the outskirts of Caterham and integrates all phases of learning.
