We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Manager to ensure that each learner's specific needs are met. Assisting the Head of Learning Support with the management of our Additional Support team, you will coordinate day-to-day timetabling of in-class support, work with the Exam Access Coordinator and Well-being Lead, and support in the creation of EHCP plans.
To be successful, you will:
- be educated to degree level or equivalent
- have a qualification in specialist high needs/SEN
- have knowledge and experience of supporting young people in FE and HE, with special educational needs and disabilities
- have a good working knowledge of SEND and a sound knowledge of ALS funding.
