Lecturer - A Level Sociology, Government and Politics

About the role:

We are looking for an outstanding teacher of A Level Sociology and Government and Politics. Based at the King’s Cross Centre, you will part of our A Level Team and be responsible for providing effective teaching, support and assessment in A Level Sociology and A Level Government & Politics. 

About you:

You must have appropriate academic and teaching qualifications including a PGCE. You must also have recent relevant experience of teaching A Level Sociology and Government and Politics with proven success. You will be responsible for providing effective teaching, support and assessment, therefore it is essential that you have experience of curriculum planning and assessing. You will also have experience of working with 16-19 year olds and an understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of this age group.
