his is an exciting time to join the Business & Enterprise Faculty at the Sheffield College. With an ambitious vision to be outstanding, now is a good time to be part of that journey.
We are looking to attract a dynamic and experienced AAT Lecturer who has considerable experience of delivering AAT courses at Level 2, 3 and 4. Experience of delivering Level 4 AQ2016 is essential, as this will be a part of your delivery, as will AAT Level 2.
Our provision also includes Apprenticeships, from February 2019 we will be offering the Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard, in addition to the Level 3 Standard that we already deliver. This position also includes the role of Curriculum lead, with the added responsibility of planning exams, student enquiries and acting as the AAT centre and EV contact.
Our delivery of AAT includes both daytime and evening groups so please be aware evening work will be included in your weekly delivery as many of our learners are working full time. You will be joining an experienced team of AAT lecturers who have been integral to the growth of our AAT provision and were part of the team that was Awarded AAT Provider of the Year- Medium- in 2015 Applicants should be suitably qualified, please seek clarity and guidance from the person specification on the qualifiactions, experience, skills and attributes desired for a successful applicant.
The Business and Enterprise Faculty at the Sheffield College offers a wide range of Professional Courses in addition to AAT including CIPD, CILEX and CIM. We also offer an extensive study programmes, an expanding apprenticeship portfolio, and Higher Education Foundation Degrees and Top ups.

As part of the interview process you will be asked to deliver a 10 minute micro teach to the panel on an AAT Level 4 topic of your choice.
