Job overview

We are looking to recruit 2 full-time Lecturer/Assessors and 1 part-time (0.5) Lecturer/Assessor.


These roles present an exciting opportunity to co-create and develop partnership work with major employers in the region. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to teach, train and assess both in the classroom and the workplace. The roles involve working with apprentices and employers, supporting them to complete on-programme learning as well as preparing them for End Point Assessment. 


We are looking for candidates who have experience of teaching and training across a range of age groups and subjects, including Customer Service and/or Leadership and Management. The roles present the ideal opportunity to put sector knowledge into practice. Support will be provided to enable successful candidates to develop into these roles.


You will be joining Exeter College’s Professional and Adult Learning faculty, which is proactive in working with employers and the local community to deliver outstanding teaching, training and assessment. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, a good communicator and able to deliver an outstanding learning experience and training to support success and career progression.  Experience of apprenticeship delivery and working in passenger transport sector will be an advantage.
