We are looking to appoint a passionate, driven and enthusiastic Specialist Lecturer to join our Inclusion team. 

Alongside delivering high quality additional learning support for students and apprentices with specific learning difficulties / disabilities and additional needs, applicants will need to demonstrate high levels of ambition for students and apprentices progression and contribute to an exceptional learning experience. 

We are keen to hear from applicants who have experience in working with students and apprentices with a variety of SEND. In particular, we are interested in applicants who can bring knowledge and experience of Autism and behavioural needs.

A professional teaching qualification is essential and a qualification in SEND is desirable.
