We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual who can inspire students to achieve their potential, learn the latest digital & technology skills required by businesses, and support them as they make their first steps towards a career as an IT professional.

Candidates are required to have an extensive knowledge in one or more of the following areas; programming, computer game development covering the use of Unity / Unreal engine or Cisco networking technologies and cyber security.

The College has a major impact on the Island and people of Jersey, and is a complex organisation. Highlands College provides a wide range of full-time, part-time, Higher Education and Adult Education programmes and is the largest single provider of education on the Island with approximately 7000 student enrolments in any one year. A wide range of Level 1 and 2 courses and seven Level 3 BTEC Extended Diplomas are available with additional courses in Foundation Studies in Art and Design, Childhood Studies, Beauty and Access to Higher Education. Highlands College also offers 7 full-time degrees in partnership with Plymouth University and 2 with London South Bank University. As well as the vocational provision, the College offers BTEC Functional Skills in Mathematics and English at L1 and 2 and a GCSE retake programme in English and Maths. The part-time offer at Highlands College covers many areas of management, human resources, computing, ESOL, languages, sport, counselling, construction, hospitality, and childhood studies, offering a range of professional qualifications.
