Additional information: To teach Equine at Further Education (FE) level. This post is fixed term for 12 months, full-time.

An exciting opportunity has arisen due to maternity leave for an experienced Equine Lecturer to join the Further Education team at Brackenhurst.

The role requires an exceptional individual to engage our students with outstanding teaching learning and assessment, making full use of the excellent Equine facilities at our Brackenhurst campus. The successful candidate will plan and implement teaching, learning and assessment for Horse Management Level 3.

The successful applicant must have experience of teaching in Further Education with a clear passion to engage learners with their interest in horses.​​​​​​​

The School of Animal, Rural and Environmental Sciences at our Brackenhurst campus is located in a 200-hectare estate near the attractive Minster town of Southwell. The university in recent years, has invested in a modern campus with excellent teaching facilities, IT suites, laboratories as well as practical teaching areas with a farming estate, wildlife conservation areas, veterinary and animal science units and equestrian arena to create a superb location for teaching our Further Education students.

We are delighted to offer a full time Equine Lecturer.  This role requires an exceptional individual to engage our students with outstanding teaching learning and assessment, making full use of the excellent Equine facilities at our Brackenhurst campus. The successful candidate will plan and implement teaching, learning and assessment for Horse Management Level 3.
