The Directorate of Technical Learning has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to join their Health and Social Care team.
The successful candidate will have the ability to teach across a range of related courses within the Directorate and act as a personal tutor to an identified number of student groups. A professional qualification in an Allied Health Profession or vocational experience in the Health and Social Care service sector would be an advantage.
Possession of a teacher training qualification would also be an advantage as would the ability to offer teaching across a range of BTEC units including sociology, science, psychology, lifespan development, infection control, working in health and other care related topics where vocational experience is paramount. However a willingness to work towards a teaching qualification would be acceptable.
If you think that you have the qualities, skills and aspirational attitudes to join the Health and Social Care team we look forward to hearing from you.
