An exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative, forward thinking lecturer to join our growing mechanical engineering department.
Applicants should hold at least a Level 3 qualification in engineering (however a HNC/D would be an advantage), have a machining/CNC background and varied experience in the manufacturing industry. The successful applicant will be required to deliver both workshop and theory sessions in manufacture/engineering up to level 3 for both full time learners and apprentices.
Teaching experience/possession of a teaching qualification and assessor award would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided to the correct applicant. It is our vision for this new member of the team to enhance our current delivery and contribute towards developing a curriculum that meets the needs of our local employers.
