Level 1 Teaching Assistant

Location: The Stephen Longfellow Academy, Phoenix House, Global Avenue, Leeds, LS11 8PG

Start: ASAP

Salary Scale: A1/B1 (£16,626- £18,672) 

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Term Time Only +5 

Actual Salary: £12,435 - £13,965

The post is subject to the successful applicant completing a 6-month probationary period.

We seek to appoint Level 1 Teaching Assistant who will be required to work across the curriculum supporting primary pupils with varying needs.

Training will be provided and opportunities for further professional development will be made available. 

Previous experience in a primary setting, the ability to work both independently and under pressure with an appreciation of confidentiality is essential.
