We currently have the following vacancy at St Aldhelm’s Academy, Herbert Avenue, Poole, BH12 4HS – Level 3 Teaching Assistant
We are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work within our Inclusion department providing a comprehensive learning support service and ensuring students achieve their full potential. You will work within a classroom setting supporting the learning of our students or will be supporting our Inclusion interventions.
Enthusiasm, passion and a good sense of humour is essential as is a high level of resilience and personal commitment. The successful candidate will be required to have excellent Maths and English skills – equivalent to GCSE grade C or above. Previous experience in a school setting would be beneficial but is not essential, however the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate that they can engage with young people and build positive relationships.
