The School
You will be working with a pioneering group, Nishkam School Trust. Our brand new school opened in September 2013 as a two form entry school, for pupils aged 3-11 years.
The core of a Nishkam education is the triple pursuit of academic excellence, creating a community that supports children throughout their lives and nurturing a strong values-led approach to life.
Our children are a delight to teach, the School has exceptional resources, and we have small class sizes of no more than 25 pupils. Our teachers are enthusiastic and hardworking, and the support team is dedicated to the wellbeing of all pupils. We remain significantly oversubscribed.
The Role
To supervise and assist children during lunchtime, inside the school and the playground, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment is maintained and that all children behave in an appropriate manner.
The successful candidate is also required to encourage, support and engage with children in play that is emotionally, intellectually physically and socially challenging. Alongside assist children who are having difficulties having their meal and continually promote good table manners.

Nishkam School West London is a mixed, non-selective, Sikh-ethos, multi-faith all-through school with sixth form situated in Hounslow, West London. The Nishkam School Trust also has schools in Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Kenya.
