Hours: 21 hrs per week (0.6)


Salary: £14,809.00 to £20,618.00 pro rata based on a Full Time Equivalent of £24,681.00 to £34,363.00 per annum (Salary points 27-38)


Status: Permanent

Qualifications: The appointed candidate must be GDC registered, any applications submitted without this qualification will not be processed through to shortlisting.

The Science and Health Care Faculty are seeking a qualified dental nursing lecturer who ideally is currently working in a practice to join the Science & Health Care team. The successful applicant must be a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who can provide a high quality education programme to students within the Health and Social Care environment. 

Reporting to the College Curriculum Area Lead the post holder will be responsible for the planning, delivery & assessment of the subject and have a strong desire to encourage and motivate their students to learn.


With strong leadership, management & organisational skills in addition to a proven teaching background the candidate will be able to inspire, champion and develop students.


Please note that these posts are initially available to individuals currently employed in a support capacity-hours available are across the week & as Apprentices are employed may include half term & holiday periods.
