Maintenance Officer

37 hours per week - Full Year 

Salary G4 (£19,312 - £20,493)

We are seeking to appoint a Maintenance Officer to join our Site Team to ensure the school premises are well maintained, safe, secure and clean.  

The primary role of the Maintenance Officer will be to identify and undertake routine maintenance, repairs, improvement works and caretaker duties to the school site.  This will include all types of maintenance such as plumbing, joinery, decorating.  The role will require somebody who takes pride in their job and who pays meticulous attention to detail. Golborne High School is an ambitious school where we strive to provide our pupils with the very best education. This core value extends to the premises and buildings.

The successful candidate will have relevant, recent experience of maintaining buildings, a knowledge of security and health and safety requirements and an ability to undertake routine DIY tasks to a high standard.
