Marketing and Communications Manager

We are looking to appoint a dynamic Marketing and Communications expert to manage all aspects of marketing across the Trust and its schools. This brand new role presents an exciting opportunity for the right person to make a real difference by developing our marketing strategy and strengthening our brand both internally and externally. 


The successful applicant will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the Trust including Headteachers, Business Managers, other senior colleagues, Trustees and Governors and will have expertise across a wide range of media. 


To be successful you will be an experienced marketing and communication professional who can design and deliver a comprehensive marketing plan and provide strategies focusing on student recruitment and retention and parental engagement.  You will also be responsible leading on digital content, public relations and designing compelling content in various formats. 


You will need to be:

• A self-starter who has the expertise and drive to develop our strategy but is also hands on and can work across a wide range of media.

• An expert communicator who can positively engage with a variety of stakeholders from parents to press officers.

• An outstanding copy writer, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
