Marketing & Development Director

This top-rated and successful independent Prep school is looking for a marketing and development expert to promote the school and expand the business aspects, working closely with the Headmaster and DHM/Bursar to encourage and facilitate investment in the school’s future.  Please see attached profile.

You will need an excellent ability to communicate both in person and in print. You will also need to be a confident self-starter, keen to get in touch with heads of schools, Councillors and local residents amongst others, promoting the use of the outstanding school facilities and enhancing the school’s profile as a whole.

You will therefore need to be business orientated, articulate and persuasive. You will need experience, supported by an appropriate degree; you will have a talent for planning and organising events; you will enjoy being in the front line,  coordinating projects, developing partnerships and managing a budget.  Professional marketing experience would be of great benefit.
