Health Futures is an exciting new school which opened in a multi-million pound building in September 2015. We are pleased to offer an outstanding individual the opportunity to join us as we go into our fourth year and take in our next cohort of students. As a health and science focused school you can expect state of the art facilities and students who are keen to learn science in order to follow a range of careers in health and medical fields.

We are pleased to offer this post of marketing assistant. Working to the Director of Operations, you will be an enthusiastic, reliable, and responsible marketing assistant with a creative and innovative approach to challenges.  The marketing assistant will positively promote Health Futures UTC to potential students, parents and employers as well as the local community.

This is a part time role based over 2.5 days per week.  The days worked can be flexible but the successful candidate would have to be available on at least 3 Saturdays throughout the year to attend and co-ordinate two open days and the year 10 induction day.

You will be an effective user of ICT with a high level of accuracy, a strong eye for detail and a good communicator. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience while working with us so that your career can grow as we do.  Our state of the art facilities and technology will ensure you can engage with all stakeholders effectively and efficiently while also supporting the rest of the school community to do the same.

Established with the backing of the University of Wolverhampton and in partnership with a wide range of health sector employer partners, including all West Midlands NHS Trusts, WM Ambulance Service and the Mid-counties Co-operative Pharmacy, Health Futures is responding to the identified skills gap that is preventing local young people taking up the varied and valuable career paths in this sector.
