Job overview

37.5 Hour per week (Flexibility is required between 8am to 6pm)

Monday to Friday, All year round

Exciting developments at Rugby School, including a recent merger with Bilton Grange, growing student numbers and an expanding campus have led to the creation of a new role within the Marketing Department.

We are looking for an experienced marketeer to join our motivated and award-winning team who is ready to take on a new challenge and work on a huge variety of projects.

The role will be based across two sites at Bilton Grange and Rugby School, so own transport will be essential alongside the ability to be self-motivated with a genuine desire to develop this new position.

Creativity is key, and the successful candidate will find themselves in a vibrant environment which is restless in its aim to lead the way in education marketing from producing award-winning films and campaigns, to seeking out new ways to engage and grow our audience via social media.

New campaigns for both schools are underway and this role will be key in their delivery and success.

The ability to work hard is an essential requirement, as is the need to be flexible and proactive. The reward is being part of a vibrant, happy team who will encourage, support and enable its new member to develop and grow in line with our ethos here at Rugby, which is The Whole Person is the Whole Point.

The School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
