Marketing Services Executive

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and committed Marketing Services Executive to join our busy Admissions & Marketing Department, responsible for delivering on all promotional activities and brand communications.

 Working closely with the Director of Admissions & Marketing, to support the development and implementation of the marketing strategy, to increase awareness of the School locally, nationally and internationally, in line with Vinehall’s brand identity and strategic goals.

 The successful candidate will be flexible, creative and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.  Day-to-day you will be responsible for delivering exciting, engaging and creative content for marketing prospectuses, weekly newsletters, social media, website development, events, alumni activities, as well as be involved in the production of various marketing materials.

 An important aspect will be maintaining the high quality and consistency of all our marketing communications in line with established brand guidelines and set budgets.

 Vinehall is a co-educational day and boarding preparatory school for children aged 7 to 13, and part of the Repton Family of Schools. The school includes a Pre-Prep and a Nursery for children aged 2 to 7. The school upholds high standards of academic achievement as well as a full range of co-curricular opportunities. It is a vibrant and busy school with high expectations all round. In the most recent inspection in 2018, Vinehall was rated as ‘Excellent’ in both areas.

 DESIRABLE:

·        Recognised marketing qualification or equivalent relevant marketing or related commercial experience;

·        Understanding of working in the independent sector.

 ESSENTIAL:

·        Minimum of two years’ marketing services experience, ideally in a school setting;

·        Social media management skills;

·        A good understanding of website management;

·        Excellent content-writing skills;

·        Highly articulate and literate;

·        Excellent IT skills;

·        Excellent organisational skills with a thorough attention to detail;

·        Able to work under pressure, to multiple priorities.
