The successful applicant will be able to clearly demonstrate:
- An understanding of and commitment to the ideals of Catholic Education
- Expertise as a classroom practitioner and passion for delivering high quality lessons
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications and experience
- Ability to use technology to inform learning
- A sound understanding of contemporary research in educational practice
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Up to date knowledge of NESA and Australian Curriculum requirements for all stage 4, 5 and 6 courses
- Ability to contribute and work collaboratively in a team environment
- An ability to teach in another KLA is considered highly favourable
This position involves working with children. The appointment of the successful applicant will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with CEDWW policy.
