The CODE Maths Hub – led by Truro and Penwith College, is one of a network of 40 Maths Hubs in England, funded by the Department for Education (DfE). Working together with all schools and colleges to support the continuous improvement of mathematics education for all pupils and students in Cornwall and IoS, Plymouth, Torbay, West Devon, South Hams and Teignbridge.

The Hub seeks to develop and spread excellent practice in mathematics teaching and learning to all students across the region. A hub’s work takes many forms and includes face-to-face CPD and online support. In addition the hub runs several projects through work groups, each year which enable teachers and teaching assistants in all phases of education to work collaboratively with the support of local leaders of maths education. The successful applicant will provide effective coordination and administration of its work, including financial recording, together with promotion, co-ordination and support of wider activities and the Cornwall and West Devon Maths Hub Leadership Team.
