Job overview

We are inviting you to join our new Moss Hall Schools Federation at an exciting time in our development.  As 2 already popular schools we are now a mission to join together under a common vision for kindness, hard work and to equip children to make a positive difference in the world.

Our 2 wonderful schools are situated in West Finchley, in extensive grounds and close to excellent transport links.  There is a strong and successful tradition for music, performance and PE at the schools, all elements that our children are incredibly proud of.  All children swim in our own swimming pool.

Our schools have been federated since January 2020 and have set about creating a coherent and exciting curriculum to inspire and challenge our young people.  Our work is built upon extremely strong relationships that lead to happy, collegiate and open staff in turn supported by excellent leaders.

A rare opportunity has arisen to lead mathematics across our federation.  This is a significant role for an inspirational and highly effective teacher leader with a track record in changing mindsets and achievement in maths.

At Moss Hall our leaders

  • Are driven by moral purpose that all children can achieve well
  • Can create high trust teams who are eager to learn
  • Communicate clearly and support teachers to improve their classroom practice
  • Work with others to develop coherent, knowledge rich learning for pupils
  • Contribute energetically to the warm, inclusive and determined school culture

By joining us you will bring drive, ambition, initiative and the desire to make a difference in a wonderful school community.
