Bordesley Green Girls' School & Sixth Form is a high achieving, over-subscribed, four-form entry 11-18 multi-cultural, inclusive comprehensive school situated on the eastern side of the City of Birmingham. We have 1,000 students on roll including 360 in the Sixth Form.

Our Maths department is applying the innovative Maths Mastery Programme at Key Stage 3 and 4 and this is already having a significant impact on pupil outcomes.  A Level Maths is a popular option in our Sixth Form.

The Governing Body are currently looking to appoint an excellent teacher to join our experienced, skilled and enthusiastic Maths department and to teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Maths.

We are looking for candidates who are: 

• willing to teach all abilities, 

• creative, 

• hard working,  

• great team players, and 

• passionate about their subject

Bordesley Green Girls' School & Sixth Form stresses the importance of providing a supportive pastoral structure, insisting on challenging and effective classroom practice, and providing opportunities for its pupils to be recognised for a range of achievements.
