Mathleaks is an innovative edtech company that produces highly detailed and interactive digital solutions to exercises in math books for high school students. During the last 2 years, we are also working on developing our own digital training material in math with theory, exercises and self-correcting tests.

We are currently preparing for our international expansion, initially to
English speaking countries such as the United States. We are looking for up
to 3 full-time math teachers to join our team in Poland Warsaw that will
develop content for the US market alongside our content development team in
Stockholm.

As a content developer, your primary responsibilities will be to write highly detailed and pedagogical solutions to exercises in US math books. The job will allow you to work and develop yourself together with skilled, dedicated and hard-working people in an international environment with contacts in several countries. For experienced content developers, work is highly flexible and allows the freedom to work remotely if you should so choose.

We are offering competitive wages compared to other teaching positions in Warsaw. Depending on a candidate’s competencies and level of experience, starting full-time wages are between 5,000-7,000 PLN per month with paid overtime and 4 weeks of vacation. Wages will increase upwards 9,000-12,000 PLN as the company grows and you take on additional responsibilities. Employees with exceptional performance and drive will be given the opportunity to join as a partner of the company when expanding into additional markets in a couple of years.
