Job overview
A full time, well-qualified languages teacher is required to teach French and Spanish and to oversee the continued development of modern foreign languages in the Preparatory and Pre-Preparatory School starting September 2019.
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate an innovative, engaging teaching style and to have excellent subject knowledge. The appointee will also be expected to participate in a busy co-curricular programme of Preparatory School activities and contribute towards the pastoral well-being of the children.
Prospective candidates should have the ability to teach French and Spanish at KS2 and also possess the passion, enthusiasm and experience to continue the high profile of MFL within the Preparatory School. A good honours degree and a teaching qualification are required.
The successful applicant will demonstrate an affinity with the ethos of the school and be a strong team player. The Preparatory School is affiliated with IAPS and prides itself on preparing well-rounded girls and boys for life at senior school.

We are a co-educational School, for children from 2½ to 18 years, situated just outside Esher, Surrey. The School is set in the historic landscaped grounds of the Claremont Estate.
Claremont Fan Court School was founded on a Christian ethos and we welcome children from all faiths and from none.
