Smart Teachers is recruiting for a qualified French  or Spanish Teacher for a Church of England school in South West London. The  school is coeducational and caters for children aged 11 – 18 years. The MFL Teacher  post will involve teaching French or Spanish from KS3 to KS5 and commences at  the start of January 2019. It is for the duration of the academic year in the  first instance as a maternity cover post. The successful French or Spanish teacher  will be joining a dynamic Modern Foreign Languages team within a very  successful and established school. The appointed teacher will benefit from  working within a collaborative team environment in addition to receiving  regular CDP sessions.

In order to be considered for this role, the MFL Teacher (French or Spanish) will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor of Education / PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree
  • Proven experience teaching the UK curriculum
  • NQTs and/or OS-trained teachers welcome to apply?
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa / right to work)
  • Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS / police checks
