BSC has applied for and is in the process of being accepted for the ‘taking teaching further’ initiative through the Education and Training Foundation. This means that applications are being sought from both experienced teachers and those, with relevant industry knowledge and experience who have not got a full teaching qualification. In return, the College offers you generous holiday allowance of 55 days’ annual leave plus 8 days’ bank holidays with an additional leave dates during the Christmas closure period.
This post is eligible for an additional pay supplement of up to £10k maximum per annum (subject to eligibility criteria and qualifications/experience)
