Job overview
Egerton Primary School are seeking to appoint two Mid-Day Assistants to help supervise lunchtime. The successful candidate will be expected to act as part of a team, to take care of the children on the school premises during the midday break between the morning and afternoon teaching sessions.
No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided on the job. We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking candidates, with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
Main duties will involve:
- Assisting in maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming environment in the dining hall.
- Assisting the Midday Supervisor in ensuring the safety of students.
- Providing support in the application of the school’s behaviour policy.
Hours of work: 7.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (Term Time only)
Salary: £18,333 to £18,517 per year
Actual Salary: £3,111 to £3,142 per year (pro rata to hours and weeks worked)
