Martin Bacon Academy is a brand new, state of the art, Area Special School, in the heart of the Northstowe Learning Community. We cater for children and young people aged 3 to 19 who have a range of complex and significant learning needs in the area of cognition and learning (with other co-occurring conditions). This covers a wide range of needs including learners with autistic spectrum condition and those with complex physical and sensory impairments.

It is an exciting time to join our team as we embark on the journey to provide world class education to the developing community of Northstowe and the wider community of Cambridgeshire.  You will be part of a new, but experienced team that is creating an inclusive, innovative and aspirational learning environment for the young people and families it serves.

We are currently seeking a number of Midday Supervisors to start in November 2021 or soon after. 

Previous experience working with in a special school environment would be advantageous.

• Able to communicate at all levels with both pupils and staff
