Middle/High School Pastoral Lead

Northview International is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Middle/High School Pastoral Lead to support student well-being and champion the development of our Gifted and Talented learners. It is an exciting leadership opportunity for an educator passionate about fostering a positive, inclusive environment where every student is encouraged to thrive personally, socially, and academically.

The Pastoral Lead will oversee the pastoral care provision for students in Grades 6–9 (and growing), promoting a culture of high expectations, well-being, and community engagement. They will work closely with students, families, and staff to support personal development, monitor attendance, manage behavior systems, and respond proactively to pastoral needs.

In addition, the successful candidate will coordinate and enhance the school's Gifted and Talented program, identifying students for enrichment opportunities, developing personalized learning pathways, and working collaboratively with faculty to provide appropriate academic challenges. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting student well-being and experience working with high-achieving students. Strong communication, organizational skills, and building trust with students and families are essential.
