Job overview

As our MIS Administration Team Leader, you will be responsible for establishing, planning, and monitoring the workload of the MIS Administrators, in particular ensuring that all withdrawals, transfers, late starters, and early completers have been transposed into EBS in an accurate and timely manner; and updating learner records where errors are present.

You will ensure that the MIS Administrators use relevant procedures to action learner record changes and ensure that auditable evidence is stored as per external / internal audit guidance. In liaison with the Head of MIS, you will also continually review data capture processes to ensure that data errors are minimised and corrected as necessary.

We’re looking for someone who has previous experience of working in education administration or similar role; and who has experience of working with and complying to centrally established procedures and external regulations. We’d like you to have an advanced level of computer literacy, including MS Access and have a thorough understanding of FE information systems. You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels and be able to identify and implement improvements in existing systems.
