Leicester College is part of the Moneywise Plus Project which is funded via the Big Lottery and European Social Fund and aims to improve the on-going digital and financial competence of unwaged people within Leicester and Leicestershire to support them to move towards employment, education or further training.
We are looking for an efficient and proactive administrator to work within our successful City Skills Centre team. The successful applicant will need to have recent and relevant administrative experience, including excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work on their own initiative. Highly effective communication and customer service skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines is essential, together with accurate checking of data and data entry.
Applicants need to have a minimum Level 2 in maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above or equivalent), relevant IT qualifications and/or have experience of using databases and Microsoft packages. You will be required to work flexibly and on occasion at different locations.
Working pattern to be agreed - 10 hours per week over 2 to 3 days between Monday and Friday 09:00 to 17:00.
