The candidate is likely to have a good degree, experience of working with young people and possibly a post graduate performance qualification.
The successful candidate will have an enthusiasm and passion for music and desire to share that with others. They will be a first class performer, well organised, quick reader and versatile. They will have excellent communication skills. The post will require some work on Saturdays and evenings.
