25 hours per week plus 9 days during College holiday periods

We seek to appoint a Music Secretary to provide the Music Department with administrative support to aid the smooth running of the department both internally, through providing an excellent contact base for pupils, visiting Music Teacher’s and staff, and externally, with the promotion of music and music events at the College.

Reporting directly into the Music Director, you will have excellent inter-personal skills and be a strong team player. A background and understanding of music is desirable along with administrative experience. 

Good knowledge of Word, Excel and software databases as well as social media is highly desirable.
