The successful candidate will work with individuals on the start-up programme and will be responsible for providing mentoring, coaching and ongoing pastoral support to enable an individual achieve their business goals. 

This post will work closely with the Spark Coordinator to ensure clear communication is maintained, compliance with ERDF audit guidelines are followed and  monitoring systems are accurate. The post requires an individual with first-hand experience of business start-up and where possible providing business support advice. The post will involve some travel across the County so access to or use of transport is required.
