About the role

We are looking to a appoint a Non-Teaching Assistant Head of Year to work within our Pastoral Teams at Thrybergh Academy, managing the behaviour, welfare and academic achievement within designated groups of pupils. 

You will work closely with pupils, parents and staff to remove barriers to learning progress, and support the development of high standards in all aspects of student behaviour, attitude and learning culture.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant difference to a wide range of learners. You must be a positive and passionate individual with a commitment to delivering outstanding support to young people.
