Nursery Assistant

The Old School Henstead seeks to appoint a highly motivated, caring and dedicated Nursery Assistant, who would enjoy working in the wonderful nurturing environment of our Nursery. 

Our exciting Nursery programme provides an excellent foundation for learning, ensuring that when the children enter the Preparatory school, they are independent, confident, with good social and communication skills and ready to face the challenges ahead.

Ideal candidates will hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above). A willingness to play a full and active role in the daily life of a busy and vibrant prep school is a necessity, as is the desire to engage in regular professional development opportunities.  Experience of teaching at Early Years and a good level of ICT skills are desirable attributes.  

We are a rural preparatory school and nursery (IAPS and ISA accredited), offering a superb education to boys and girls aged 2½ to 11 years.
