Vision for Education are working with a family run Children's Day Nursery in Poynton who are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to join and help open this brand new Day Nursery

For an experienced and driven Nursery Manager this is a fabulous opportunity to join a brand new setting in a stunning, safe and modern place to work. 

We are looking for a Nursery Manager to become part of the team and work alongside the owners. This is the first of multiple nurseries that this family run and family orientated pair have plans to open.  

We are looking for an experienced professional who is looking for career growth, for a chance to have their voice heard and a chance to implement real change. It is essential that anyone applying for this position has managed a nursery in a previous role to the highest of standards.


To apply you must:

- Be used to running a busy nursery

- Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of EYFS and know how to implement it effectively

- Be able to Review room plans

- Have experience and be confident with inspections

- Must be committed to safeguarding children

- Manage staff within Ofsted ratios

- Health & Safety, Environmental Health and all other statutory standards

- Be able to recruit and train a high level of staff

- Be well organised and works with minimal close supervision

- Be a strong leader with great people management skills

- Great communication skills

- Ability to cope with pressure and difficult situations and people

- Committed to improving children’s outcomes and providing quality early years care and education
