Hours:   20 hours per week from 8.30am to 12.30pm, Term Time only, plus inset days

The Governing Body of St Anselm’s are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Nursery Nurse who is prepared to support and promote the Catholic ethos of the school. We are a one-form entry vibrant Catholic Primary School on a journey from good to outstanding. (OFSTED “Good” – May 2016 and Religious Education OFSTED S48 “Outstanding” – June 2017), within a five minute walk from Southall Main line Train, close to major roads and bus routes, & we can offer on-site car parking.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and highly motivated Nursery Nurse to join our Foundation Stage Team, covering a period of Maternity Leave Absence. 

Candidates must be NNEB / NVQ3 qualified in Early Years and be committed to the Catholic ethos of our school. A current First Aid certificate/Paediatric qualification is desirable. 

A sound working knowledge of the foundation stage and experience of working with 3-5 age range is essential.  Excellent communication & written skills are required, together with the ability to be part of an energetic team delivering a creative curriculum linked to the Early Learning Goals. The role involves the use of IPAD’s & recording pupil progress in EYFS using the ‘Early Essence‘ Programme, therefore competent ICT skills are essential.
