Nursery Teacher

Are you ready for an exciting new challenge? We are looking for an experienced and successful educator to take on the role of  nursery teacher of Montessori Academy. 

Montessori Academy, under the Far East Horizon Education Group, incorporates national guidelines for early childhood education with international concepts for a practical and enriching education system. Montessori Academy is an AMS (American Montessori Society) accredited school, featuring small and focused bilingual classes led by an excellent teaching staff populated with a mix of Chinese and expat teachers. We incorporate the Montessori way of teaching, which means creating a child-centered environment where they are respected and heard, as we work to stimulate and encourage their sense of curiosity, responsibility, observation, empathy and independence.

Salary negotiable (based on experience) + performance bonus: 18K-24K RMB before tax per month.

Benefit:

1. Housing allowance 2500RMB-5000RMB/month

2.One return flight reimbursement up to 10000RMB in one academic year.

3.Health insurance 100% cover for Non-luxury hospital and 80% cover for Luxury Hospital.

4.Three weeks paid holiday in Chinese new year and three weeks in summer break.
