The Nurture and Well-being Teacher is a post that will work to identify and evaluate the effectiveness of providing outreach support to meet the needs of children, who have challenges within their mainstream class.

These children may, for a variety of reasons have missed out on the early learning experiences which promote good development and readiness to learn. Planned and time limited early intervention along with positive engagement with families and carers supports children to progress and re-engage positively with their class.

The Individual
At Our Lady’s, we are committed to developing an exciting and challenging curriculum, to the provision of high quality learning experiences for all children and to the inclusion of all within our school community.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Nurture and Well-being Teacher to join our school team to work within our school community. They will provide outdoor learning experiences for children with social, emotional and well-being needs.
