Your new school
Gretton School is an independent specialist school for children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Conditions, specifically high functioning autism and Asperger’s Syndrome. We welcome students from 5—19 years old, as weekly boarders or as day students. Based just outside Cambridge, we work with 12 counties to provide a broad and individualised education for these unique and wonderful students.
Your new role
We require an Occupational Therapist to work as part of our team to support our students in accessing all aspects of the curriculum. The successful Occupational Therapist will be delivering a specialist service to the pupils, working as part of a multidisciplinary team under the supervision of a Band 6 and Band 7 OT in a specialist setting. This position is a permanent role to start in September 2020. This role is term time only.
What you'll need to succeed
- Recognised qualifications as an Occupational Therapist.
- Ability to effectively support and advise colleagues
- Awareness of child protection issues
- Have strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills

The school provides individually tailored programmes of education, care and therapy for students between the ages of 5 and 19 years old.
