Job overview
For September 2022 we are looking to appoint a term time only Office Administrative Assistant with responsibility for Prep School First Aid. Kingswood Prep School contains over 320 children aged 9 months to 11 years, and has superb facilities set in an estate of over 120 acres on the northern side of Bath. The pupils at Kingswood thrive and our support staff play a key role in enabling that to happen.
The successful candidate will need to have good administrative experience and health-related knowledge of children and young people, including welfare and safeguarding issues. With the ability to stay calm in emergency situations, the successful candidate will be a fully qualified first aider (or willing to undertake training). Other duties will include supporting in other areas of the School on a need basis.
The hours for this post are 8.15am to 5.15pm, Monday to Friday, term time only. Salary is competitive, depending on skills and experience.
