OFFICE MANAGER

Scale SO2 Point 32 – 34 (£30324-£31998)

(Full Time 36 hours per week - 9.00am – 5.00pm. The office manager will be required to work during key dates in August) 

The Heathland School is a mixed multi-cultural 11-18 school judged as ‘Outstanding’ by OFSTED.

A full-time Office Manager is required to work in our main school office managing a team of 11. The well-organised and articulate person will need:

    

  • excellent  management, communication and administrative skills 
  • excellent use of ICT  (Microsoft Office packages)
  • Strong communication skills
