Job overview
Grove Academy is looking for an Office Manager. The Office Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the efficient and effective running of the school office and front of house services. This key person will oversee internal and external school communications and will line manage a team of support personnel.
The ability to manage own workload and have a flexible approach to working is essential. The Office Manager will need to have excellent administrative, IT and organisational skills within a fast-paced environment.
Grove Academy is an all through school based in Slough with good transport links. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit experienced support staff to expand our exiting team.

About Grove Academy
Grove Academy is the first all-through school to open in Slough and provides opportunity and education for 4 to 16 year olds, underpinned by high-quality teaching and learning and a common assessment framework. This continuity ensures that we can avoid the dips in performance associated with transition from one phase or school to another.
As one school we are able to teach subjects to our younger children via specialist subject teachers, such as modern foreign languages and PE. We can provide pastoral care for children in challenging circumstances by offering a ‘joined-up’ strategy and support families more consistently over a longer time.
