Out of School Club Assistant

based at The Florence Nightingale Academy

Grade 1 Points 1 to 2 £17,842 to £18,198 FTE

Actual Salary £9,249.64 to £9,434.20

22.5 hours per week - 7.30 am to 9.00 am and then 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday, term time only

We are seeking a fun, dynamic, responsible, creative and enthusiastic person to be assist with the day-to-day running of the Out of School Club, providing engaging and high-quality activities for the children.  The role will include supervising the children, being approachable to our parents and above all providing a fun, nurturing and safe environment for the children in our care. 

The candidate must have: 

  • At least a Level 2 qualification in Playwork/childcare (or equivalent) 
  • Experience with working with 4 – 11 year olds.
