Out of School Club Manager

based at The Florence Nightingale Academy

Grade 3 Points 5 to 7 £19,312 to £20,092 FTE

Actual salary - £10,567.92 to £10,994.76

23.75 hours per week - 7.15 am to 9.00 am and then 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday, term time only

We are seeking a fun, dynamic, responsible, creative and enthusiastic manager to be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the Out of School Club, providing engaging and high-quality activities for the children.  The role will include supervising the children, supporting the staff, being approachable to our parents and above all providing a fun, nurturing and safe environment for the children in our care. 

The candidate must have:

  •  At least a Level 3 qualification in Playwork/childcare (or equivalent)
  • Experience with working with 4 – 11 year olds and experience of working in a supervisory and/or management capacity.
